Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, MegaSu’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
Recipients
Data is accessible to authorised people within MegaSu.
This data may be processed by our technical service providers: Netlify, for website hosting; Combell, for email hosting and mailbox services.
These providers process data only for technical hosting, transmission and security purposes.
MegaSu does not sell your personal data.
Retention period
Contact and quote requests are kept for the time needed to process the request and follow up on the business relationship. If the request does not lead to collaboration, MegaSu may keep the correspondence for up to 3 years after the last contact.
Data related to a client relationship or accounting obligations may be kept longer when required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and, where applicable, receive portability of your data.
